issues related to Publishing server signup wizard

Following are the details of the issue I faced while trying to pubilsh an application as a web applet, using the UIE developer tool.

- I created a basic application, and ran it to check if it worked. It displayed the “Hello World” screen.

- I moved to the UJML publish perspective on the IDE, and filled in the required parameters, including the app name and package name, as well as my email address in the relevant field.

- On pressing “Publish”, I encountered the Publishing Server Signup Wizard popup, that requested for my email address.

- I entered my email address, and following that, on pressing “Next”, after a short progress bar dislpay, I saw a message that said “unable to connect to network”.

- On closing and restarting the application, and enabling publishing again, I got a notification saying a password had been sent to my email address, and to enter it to proceed with publishing. However I had not received the password, for the step hadn’t been completed in the first instance.

The questions I have, based on the above steps are as follows:

1) Are there any specific network settings in the IDE that need to be configured for me to register and publish my application?

(I am on a PC connected to the internet via a proxy server)

2) I have not received a mail with my password included in it, is there anyway I can reconfigure the publishing wizard to provide me with a new password ?

No special network settings are required. We can provide you with your password. Please follow up offline as appropriate.

Thanks,
